No Rush or Express to APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii or Canada addresses. Some items cannot be delivered Rush or Express. Weekend Delivery is not available.

All standard shipping will ship ground via UPS or USPS. If we have an e-mail address and the package is over 1 lb., an e-mail confirmation of the shipped order will be sent and will include a tracking number whenever possible.

Orders shipping to the states listed below are subject to sales tax.

California sales tax is 7.5%, food items are not taxable;
Indiana sales tax is 7.0%, food items are not taxable;
Maryland sales tax is 6.0%,
Minnesota sales tax is 6.875%, food and apparel items are not taxable;
Ohio sales tax is 6.5%, food items are not taxable;
Tennessee sales tax is 7.0%.

Countries that are not listed we currently do not support at this time.

Duties and Taxes

Customers will receive a price quote for shipping fees including duties and taxes during checkout. The price quote for duties and taxes is based upon the national laws of the country to which the order is shipping. All shipping fees, duties and taxes and brokerage fees will be paid at the time of order placement.

In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.

What are international shipping rates?

All shipping fees will be paid at the time of order placement. Once your shipping address (including country) has been updated on the checkout page, the price presented is an all-in cost. There are no additional shipping charges, taxes or duties that the customer will incur after order placement.

What carrier is used for international orders?

To offer our customers a selection of delivery methods at varying costs, we offer international rates from two carriers:
  • DHL Express
  • DHL Global Mail (for Canadian shipments only)
What is the delivery time for international orders?
  • DHL Express – delivered in 3 to 5 business days
  • DHL Global Mail (for Canadian shipments) – delivered in 4 to 8 business days
  • Rush and express options are not available for international orders at this time.
