Acacia's website features an address book function, designed to make it easier for you to send gifts to the loved ones on your list. By providing you the ability to save their addresses for later use, we help save you time and hassle.
Using the Address Book
The simplest way to start your address book or add a name to it is during the checkout process. On the Account Information page, simply fill in the name and address of the person you're shipping to, then click the "Add Address" button directly below the form. This will add the recipient to your address book. Next time you shop for that person, you can simply select their name (or a nickname--explained below) from the drop-down list above the form, and their address information will be filled in automatically.
You may also add, delete or update addresses from your Address Book management page, which is accessible from your My Account page. You'll find a link to your My Account page at the top of most pages on the website. From the My Account Page, follow the link to Address Book. This page will display all the current entries in your address book.
To add a new entry, simply click "Add new name," fill out the form that comes up, and click "Update."
To review or edit an existing entry, click "edit" to the right of the name. On the resulting form, you may check the address and name for accuracy, choose a different nickname, or modify any of the other fields. Clicking the Update button will store your changes.
Nicknames
Your address book allows you to identify your entries by nicknames. Nicknames are only used to help you identify saved addresses, and are not used when auto-filling forms on the site. Only you see the nicknames. Our system automatically selects the first and last names for a nickname if you add an entry during the checkout process, but you may prefer to use something more personally memorable, such as "Uncle Joe" or "Mom" or "My work address." You may use your Address Book management page to change the nickname for any saved address.
