Neon Buddha makes lifestyle clothing βfor travel, home, work, yoga, and everyday wear. The collection is designed in Canada and produced and managed by a team of 200 women in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
All staff members have company-paid healthcare and maternity leave. Company-paid continuing education includes free English classes for all staff, their family, and friends. Excess fabric is donated to nongovernmental organizations and womenβs groups.
Both the Canadian head office and the Chiang Mai facility use sustainable practices: solar power, recycling, planting trees, and other ways to reduce carbon emissions. |
